It’s the second installment of the ‘mynewfavoriteweek’ playlist!  As promised the last one was so successful that we vowed to do it again twice a month.  So here we go, it’s pretty simple, I give the category, you give the songs and I compile the list for a  Monday post.

In the spirit of my little trip (or big) that I will be taking with KSP to Vegas to see the Garth Brooks show at the Wynn and then hang with Mr. Brooks, I am so excited!  I am a lover of  country music (much to the chagrin of KSP, although he was a convert after the first Garth show we went to but I am a country mouse and he knew what he married;)), so this is particularly a thrill for me and we are celebrating our anniversary so that’s nice too:)

So, in order to go to Vegas, we need to compile a fun going-out song list.  I will kick it off with 2, because I have an eclectic taste in music, so I will do my homage to Garth and then something that makes me get out of my seat every time (and oh so appropriate for Vegas). So here we go, I go, and you all go after, it can be current, days of yore, or whatever makes you want to pick up your dancing shoes.
